$55 per 50-minute session for one-on-one coaching.
Sessions for primary students are $35 for 30 minute sessions and must be face-to-face.
Essay review for VCE students: $20 per essay.

Check with your child's plan manager (if plan-managed) or LAC if self-managed. Working with me needs to align with the goals in their plan in order for it to be eligible to claim. I have previously worked with clients who have billed my services as "Assistance With Self-Care Activities - Standard - Weekday Daytime" (item 01_011_0107_1_1 ) and can invoice your plan manager if you are plan-managed. I can provide a service agreement if required.

I only work with students in a public place (like a library). When sessions are held at home, another adult (like a parent or support worker) must be around.
I don't communicate one-on-one with students outside of sessions: You'll always be copied into messages and communications.
You are always welcome to sit in on a session or contact me outside of session time to discuss concerns.

No-show: If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the full amount. (This may not be claimable through NDIS if you are claiming on your child's NDIS plan.) It will not be possible to schedule a make-up session.
Cancelled less than 48 hours of your session except for illness or emergencies: Where possible, a make-up session (or move to Zoom instead of face-to-face) will be offered. Where I'm not able to do this, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.
Cancelled more than 48 hours before your session: Sessions can be rescheduled without cost.
