My name is Jonas. I'm an autistic, ADHD creative faciliator who now specialises in helping neurodivergent young people to grow and develop. After a career spent working with elite performing artists - musicians, actors, and dancers - I now use the same skills that help these performers amaze thousands of people to help young people share their spark with the world.
I have spent a decade working with hundreds of neurodivergent and disabled young people, bringing my own lived experience to help them navigate challenges and providing a unique insight on how they can adapt what they do to work for them.
School can be tough when you are neurodivergent. Working with someone who understands how autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and other conditions change the way you learn means you're learning from someone who has tried the good, the bad, and the surprising. I've put all the best things I've learned together to succeed at school, university, and at work, and I'm really excited to share it with you.
Together, we'll identify what is challenging you. Then, we'll make a plan that will focus on working smarter, not harder, and start to develop skills to help you succeed. We won't just write essays and read books - we'll optimise your study routines, practice anxiety-calming strategies you can use any time, and help you get organised.
I earned a study score of 42 in VCE English: that placed me in the top 2.5% of all Year 12 students in Victoria! Since then, I've gone on to work with some of the world's best creatives. I've helped authors, screenwriters, directors, and conductors to write new stories, understand Shakespeare, interpret folk tales, and then share them all with audiences around the world.
It's one thing to know something, and another to teach it. I've also trained and run workshops for adults in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. I get the learning process, and why it's not as simple as 'just doing the work.'

Language skills aren't just important for school: Being able to read, write, and communicate effectively is a life skills that enables independence, broadens your work opportunities, and creates social opportunities. Let's learn together to make it work your way.
